1. Where are you located? In a cottage food licensed, in-home kitchen based in Lithia Springs. Exact location details will be given in your order email confirmation. Pickup is available by appointment ONLY.

2. How soon will I receive my product(s)? Your order will be processed within 48 business hours and will be ready for pickup on the date and time you select during checkout.

3. How do I order a special occasion cake or wedding cake? Go to our 'Custom Vegan Cakes' tab at the top of the page, select which type of cake you want to order, then complete the corresponding form.

An automatic email will be sent to you with further information after submission.

4. How do I pay for a special occasion cake or wedding cake? Upon booking, a contract and invoice will be sent to you in which a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date stated on your invoice.

5. How much advance notice is required for an order? 

Vegan Desserts: at least 48 hours before your event date

Special Occasion Cakes: 2 weeks before your event date

Wedding Cakes: 4 weeks before your wedding date

Virtual Culinary Classes: No advance notice required. Classes can be purchased on-demand when available.

6. Do you offer cake tastings? Yes, we offer cake tastings for our wedding cake clients only.

7. Do you ship? We are not shipping any of our desserts at this time.

8. Do you offer local delivery? Yes, for special occasion cakes and wedding cakes with an order minimum of $250.

9. Do you make out-of-state deliveries for wedding/special occasion cakes? Yes. Travel fees and accommodations will be discussed during your consultation.

10. What are your hours of operation?

Our website is open for ordering 24/7, however our standard hours of operation to receive customer service are as follows: 

Tuesday - Friday: 10AM - 7PM

Saturday: 10AM-2PM

Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

11. When can I pick up my order?

You will select a pickup date and time that's most convenient for you during checkout based on our calendar's availability, but no sooner than 48 hours from the time that your order is placed.
